Marc Gaither, Group CTO

Marc Gaither serves as the Group Chief Technology Officer for Health Solutions, leading technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation across the organization. He works closely with executive leadership to align technology investments with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and support the delivery of exceptional care across the communities Health Solutions serves.

Marc brings more than two decades of technology leadership experience across healthcare, government, telecommunications, and large enterprises. Throughout his career, he has led major modernization initiatives, managed enterprise application portfolios, executed technology integrations, led cloud migrations, and driven organizational transformations. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, simplifying complexity, and using technology to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Marc holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Management from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, exploring Colorado’s outdoors, and spending time with his family.
