Hans Lutgring

Hans Lutgring is a Regional Outreach Director at Mind Springs, and has been with the organization for more than 4 years. With a strong commitment to advancing mental health and substance use awareness, Hans is passionate about his commitment to his community.  Hans holds a master’s degree in social work from Indiana University, is a licensed social worker in the state of Colorado and has extensive experience in behavioral health over the past 20+ years.

His background includes nonprofit and clinical leadership for more than 14 years in the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valleys, development of highly successful team cultures, and extensive experience in outreach work.  Hans values community partnerships and collaboration and is a trusted leader in Garfield County and the surrounding area.
