Health Solutions West, as your community mental health center, is committed to making mental health therapy available to everyone in the community and offers a number of options to pay for services. In addition to accepting MasterCard and VISA, please see the tabs on the left to find the payment option right for you.

Access to care:

No one will be denied access to services due to the inability to pay and
There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

We accept most private health insurance plans including, but not limited to:

Medicaid/Medicare

We accept Medicaid (also known as Health First Colorado) and Medicare.

Financial Assistance

Health Solutions West is committed to reducing financial barriers to treatment for those members of our community who are without insurance, or other funding sources.

Discounts are available to clients who are:

within 300% or less of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
uninsured or have insurance coverage that does not include mental health benefits
not enrolled in Health First Colorado (Medicaid) or other publicly-funded programs

Employee Assistance Program

At this time, Health Solutions West works with a limited number of entities to provide Employee Assistance Programs services. The organizations we currently support are:

Town of Vail
Town of Avon
Compsych (Vail Resort Employees ONLY)
Steamboat Ski Corporation
Aspen Music Festival and School (Students only)

As part of an employee benefits package, your employer may offer an assistance program to help you deal with issues and concerns that may adversely affect your work, health and wellbeing. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides access to mental health and behavioral counseling and referral services.

EAPs are provided by your employer to help you deal with any situation that you feel is becoming a problem. Your counseling sessions are kept strictly confidential in accordance with Colorado law.
