Matthew Wilkins, Senior VP

Matthew began his behavioral health career in 2007, working in inpatient and residential care settings across Nebraska. After earning his Master’s in Counseling, he built a diverse leadership portfolio in integrated care coordination, program development, and behavioral health operations. Throughout his career, Matthew has focused on innovation, strategic growth, and building mission-driven teams.

He joined Health Solutions in 2012 and now serves as Senior Vice President of Specialty Services and Advancement at Health Solutions West. In this role, he oversees the development and expansion of specialty programs, internship pipelines, and community partnerships across the Western Slope. His work emphasizes improving access to care, creating sustainable systems, and advancing the organization’s long-term vision.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys time with his wife and three children, coaching sports, traveling, golfing, running, hiking, and exploring new restaurants.
