Vice President of Process Improvement and Innovation, Health Solutions West
Jenna Coffman’s 20-year career in healthcare began in Electronic Health Record and Practice Management research and development, where she gained a deep understanding of clinical workflows, data systems, and the role technology plays in improving care. She went on to spend many years in long-term and post-acute care administration, walking alongside seniors in recovery and seniors and their families in the final years of life, an experience that shaped her passion for compassionate, person-centered service. During this time, she created a community 5K and Easter festival supporting dementia and Alzheimer’s care, uniting the community through movement, storytelling, and connection.
Jenna later transitioned into primary and pediatric care as a Director of Data Analytics and Value-Based Care, helping lead the shift from fee-for-service to patient-centered, data-driven care delivery. Seeing how unmet behavioral health needs often disrupted physical health outcomes fueled her commitment to whole-person care and led her to the county behavioral health program, where she supported initiatives such as the Co-Response Team serving individuals in crisis. This work ultimately brought her to Health Solutions West. She is deeply motivated by the organization’s mission and is honored to help strengthen the behavioral health continuum across Western Colorado.
Outside of work, Jenna is a wife and mother of five who loves spending time outdoors with her family, hiking to new waterfalls, discovering local chocolate shops, skiing, biking, swimming, and exploring together. An avid runner, she finds clarity and inspiration on long trails with great music and open space. Jenna brings this same energy, curiosity, and love for meaningful connection into her leadership, striving each day to uplift both her team and the community she serves.
