You don’t have to face mental health challenges or substance use disorders alone. Join us at the HUB, a safe place to visit whenever you need to – at Health Solutions West. Whether you need to drop in for a snack, take a shower, or enjoy a quiet space, the HUB offers compassionate care designed to meet your needs.

The HUB

Intake

We provide a warm, non-judgmental space with minimal paperwork. We accept first names or aliases, and participation is always voluntary.

Our Team

We’re staffed by compassionate professionals, including a program coordinator who oversees daily operations and partnerships, peer support specialists who share lived experience and crisis response, and a clinical counselor who provides counseling, safety planning, and assessments as available.

Hours of Operation

Monday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Tuesday: noon– 3 p.m.

Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Thursday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Safety, Accessibility, and Inclusion

Everyone is welcome at the HUB. Our space is ADA-accessible. We provide gender-inclusive restrooms as available, as well as inclusive language and identity-affirming care.

Your safety is important to us. Our site is equipped with on-site overdose response and naloxone, verbal de-escalation and crisis protocols, and incident reporting and debriefing.
